An award-winning interior designer, Heather Pearce worked in her family’s business (Mountain Timber Furnishings) for 11 years, as the manager, showroom merchandiser, principal buyer, and lead designer on model homes. Working at Mountain Timbers, she gained vast experience with mountain décor and design, as well as custom window treatments. She also became familiar with all of the major manufacturers of quality furniture. Working in the furniture industry for so many years has taught her so much about business, client relationships, and design. Known for her attention to detail, commitment to customer satisfaction, and ability to transform people’s visions into reality, Heather’s specialty is Colorado mountain homes. 
Grand County Life
Heather moved to Grand County after graduating from college. Heather received her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from California State University/Long Beach. It was at that point that she decided to join the family furniture business in Fraser. She is thankful for the opportunity she had at Mountain Timbers and is excited to have her own business in the industry she loves and has a passion for. It wasn’t long after moving to Grand County that she knew that this was the place and lifestyle for her. She enjoys raising her family, along with her husband, in such a wonderful, active community. Heather volunteers at her son’s school, and serves on the board and writes grants for her daughter’s daycare. She feels fortunate to be able to work and live in such a beautiful place, where most people only get to vacation.

"Recently my family purchased a condo at Winter Park. Heather Pearce was referred to me to design the interior of the loft. Upon contacting Heather she immediately responded. "We got in last night and thought this place looks AMAZING. In the relative confines of the living/dining, everything works really well, and even leaves a nice amount of open space. Guest room looks great with the furniture change, and the reconfigured master has taken a very small and difficult space and makes it look great and function well.
